Invest in Gold and Increase Your Wealth

Why should we invest on gold? That's one of the questions I always hear whenever precious metals enters a conversation. I used to be clueless too but that was before I learned about monex. If you're interested to buy gold in coin or ingot form, this site is your step to learning everything you need to know.

Monex (MCD) has been providing precious metals for over 40 years now via personal delivery or safe storage at a bank or depositor. They are America's gold, silver and precious metals investment leader so you'll know that you are dealing with the best and the safest.

But back to our original question, why gold?

1. Gold unlike paper does not wear out when passed from hand to hand
2. You can carry a small amount anywhere and this amount can purchase a surprising amount of goods and services.
3. It's your own protection against the fall or U.S. dollars
4. Offers you a solid, long-term and tangible way to protect your wealth.
5> Also applies to outstanding short-term trading vehicles.

A "Beautiful" Career

A friend has always had the talent of styling hair and applying make-up without any previous experience. We have always encouraged her to pursue this talent by enrolling in cosmotology schools because we have faith that she can really make it big. It is a good thing everything can be found online now. Through FindaBeautySchool.com, we found a school that is near her area. Plus, the web site only lists accredited beauty schools so she can be sure that she will be enrolling a top quality facility. The web site is searchable by state or zip code and the results has school links to their Web sites so you can check them out for yourself.

Our Poor Wallets

Christmas is fast approaching and everyone I know is into shopping mode. In fact, I've spent more than $500 already on gifts for favorite friends and close family members alone. Thank God for online coupons or I would've been bankrupt by now.

I bought plenty of gifts for the two most favorite people in my life so I don't mind spending. It's so much cheaper on what I originally planned too. I wanted to treat the family on a one week vacation in Palawan, just in time for my husband's birthday. I saw this cash advance online and thought of trying it out because I won't get my sideline earnings until January. But at the last minute, I've decided against it. We already spent a lot of money last month (Sandy's birthday parties and hospitalization) and we're booked to go to Boracay this November. Having another beach trip on December might be too redundant. Besides, we can always go early next year as soon as I get my payments from my previous projects.

Mom and Pop Shop

My cousin from the US is planning on expanding her small grocery store next year. It started as a small knick knack store two years ago because she wants to earn extra cash while she stay at home with my niece. When she noticed how good her sales were, she decided to introduce new products each month. Now, she's earning already 4x her old salary (minus the costs) so she and her husband decided to aim big. As early as now, I'm helping her research for POS products like bar code scanner, point of sale terminals and other equipments. These things can cost an arm and leg so I asked if she will consider getting refurbished items.

I remember seeing this online company, Vision a couple of months ago that sells certified pre-owned point of sale equipments. There are point of sale terminals, various types of handheld barcode scanner, inventory collection devices, and POS products from top brands like NCR, IBM, Fujitsu, and Siemens. My cousin liked the setup of their pre-owned ncr point of sale and immediately asked for a quote. They are really happy about the fact that they can save huge amount of money by buying certified refurbished POS equipments. This way, they can allot the money to other things like construction and supplies.

Quick Loans

In relation to my post below, I know how important it is to have a back up plan when it comes to finance issues. Even if you think you have more than enough to last a month, you never know when you will need extra cash. Let's say you were hospitalized and spent your whole month's salary on hospital bills. You may have about two weeks left from payday but there are bills that need to be paid as soon as possible. Not mentioning putting food on your table. Here's where payday loans enter the picture. Whether you're short of cash, need to augment your monthly salary or simply want to purchase something that's not part of the budget; there's no quickest way to get money than getting payday loans. The advantage here is that you get to pay your bills on time so you will not incur any penalty and charges. You will not believe how much we're paying for credit card interests just because we didn't pay on time.

Financial Support

The Husband is hinting that he wants to spend his birthday in Singapore, just in time for F1 racing. My answer is always an automatic no because I'd rather go to the beach than shop/tour in Singapore. Plus I don't really have a budget for an out of the country trip. A friend told me she always gets cash advance whenever she goes on vacation but I'm not comfortable spending money that I don't have yet. Unless it's something huge like my daughter's educational plan, school tuition or unexpected car repairs and medical situations, I'll do my best not to spend beyond our means. Having said all that, it's still a great comfort knowing that we can always get cash advance in case of emergencies.
