What are three things that are overdue in your house?
1. We need to get a new house, that's the first one.
2. But we're still waiting to get that perfect lot for it. We found a few contenders but there's always a problem with it. Either too far or too expensive.
3. Most importantly, we need to raise the money for ALL of it.

I am a big fan of being frugal. I think it is very wise to weigh every purchase carefully. After all, we work hard for our money and it is foolish to throw it away on worthless crap that winds up being clutter.
